At Tosha, we understand the importance of JEDI practices.

Inclusion is part of the wholeness of our understanding of overall creative wellbeing.

Wellbeing cannot exist without mindfulness and inclusion.

In order to get to Inclusion, a company and individuals must have accountability (justice), fairness (equity), varied identities represented (diversity) and an inviting and belonging atmosphere (inclusion).

These lead to one of the values of Tosha, which is Liberation.

In having liberatory practices, people are able to fully be motivated and perform at their highest capacities whilst acknowledging their creative wellbeing.
