Jas has over 20 years experience working with creative leaders in USA, Europe and APAC. She works with Apple USA as an in-house Executive Coach and is also the Founder of Tōsha a Global Leadership Development Consultancy.
She specialises in Mindfulness and Inclusion helping clients shift limiting beliefs and conditioned thinking, to gain a wider perspective and greater creative flow.
Jas is a certified Professional Coach through the International Coaching Federation. Her coaching is informed by a strong background in Neuroscience & Psychology.
Coaching Style
Jas is described as having an open-minded, calm, and focused approach. By using provocative questions, she challenges her clients limiting assumptions or blind spots and opens their perspectives to new ways of thinking and acting. Jas adapts her expertise to each person and their stage of development as a leader and creator.
Life before Coaching
Jas has 15 years experience working in Global companies across Australia, Asia, UK and the USA. She built creative cultures across multiple regions and offices and had a key role in shaping company vision and talent strategy. She also created and facilitated the Global Leadership Program for the Executive Team behind Apple's Advertising.
Outside of work
Jas has travelled extensively and is an avid lover of the outdoors with a passion for hiking in the mountains, kayaking the rivers and swimming in the open water. She has completed Yoga teacher training and is a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction practitioner. Jas is a mother to Koa 5 yrs old and wife to Gonzalo who together form a bilingual and multicultural family, living in Sydney, Australia and working with clients across the globe.
