Deeper insights

Supports more in-depth and insightful information through 1:1 confidential live interviews. And response rates are far higher as people prefer to talk through feedback with another human in a confidential space, rather than complete online surveys that require overthinking everything you write. As the coach I do the heavy lifting to word the feedback in a way that is empowering and I bring my coaching lens to these conversations to clarify and get specifics where needed.

Reduces bias

Many studies have shown the unintended negative impact of bias in 360 surveys based on a leaders identity. TŌSHA’s Human360 is specifically designed to avoid this by holding live interviews that provide space for exploration beyond stereotypes and assumptions. Having worked in DEI for 10+ years I have a trained ear and mindful approach to addressing bias.

Empowers action

Most 360 surveys overwhelm with too much data, comparisons and badly designed charts that require extra training to interpret. The TŌSHA Human360 keeps its simple with 3 areas of strength and 3 areas of opportunity. That’s it, anything more is a distraction and disempowering.

Program overview:

  3. Client agrees on 8-10 interview respondents

  4. Coach holds interviews and then develops the Human360 insights report

  5. Coach debriefs feedback with the client ensuring clarity of learnings and ownership

  6. Coach works with client on a development plan with specific actions to address areas of opportunity

"Jas created an open and trusting environment from the beginning. She was able to draw valuable insights about us each individually and facilitated powerful reflections. She provided practical frameworks to explore different themes and tools we can continue to implement. I found our time with Jas enjoyable, challenging and very rewarding."
