LAB INCLUSIONS

  • To ensure our Labs are immersive, we have scenarios and breakouts throughout the training. We meet with you prior to the Lab to ensue that these match your company’s needs and culture.

  • Our design team can create digital invite posters for you to send out to participants prior to the lab to encourage high participation and ensure everyone knows what to expect.

  • Our facilitators have diverse identities and experience so they can share different perspectives and personal life stories with lab participants. Our team combines experience at the leadership level inside Creative Companies with Executive Coaching and in-depth knowledge and expertise in Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. Our team is majority Black Indigenous People Of Color (BIPOC), 30% LGBTQ+ and 100% Women in Leadership.

  • For each lab we create digital handouts for your participants to be able to reference the key models and examples we use both in the lab and after the session too.

  • We will collect feedback and insights from each of the Labs which we share with our client directly after the Lab.

    For an added cost, we will create a full report at the conclusion of a series with feedback, insights and recommendations which can be shared with Executive teams to show the impact of the investment and support strategic planning.

LAB ADD ONS

  • If you choose Bespoke Design, we will work with you to ensure the design of the Lab will reflect the current challenges your participants are facing and the content is immediately applicable. This includes 2 hours of specifically tailored content for your company’s Lab.

  • Printed cards with tools that partcipants have learned within their trainings will be provided at an added cost at our partnered printer’s rate.

  • Our Predictive Index Insights tool can offer participants the chance to build greater self awareness at the beginning of a Labs Program and better understand their strengths as a Leader.

    Tosha partners with a licensed provider of the Predictive Index globally to provide this opportunity to our clients.

Leadership Coaching is for an individual who the company feels needs a specific area of support over a longer period of time and without the 360 degree assessments.

EXEC COACHING WITH 360 ASSESSMENTS

Exec Coaching with 360 assessments is for an individual who the company is willing to maximize their investment. The 360s will assess no less than 8 members of the company directly linked to the coachee. See our Inclusive Coaching Page for more details. Contact Jas Ferres for any questions.

COACHING INCLUSIONS

  • Our coaches are available, in-between coaching sessions, to provide support via email or text for potential urgent issues.

  • Our coaches bring expertise and tools from our wider programming on mindful and inclusive leadership practices that will adequately support leaders in achieving their coaching goals.

  • We offer the option to share 3 options of coaches for our clients to choose from and ensure that those options reflect diversity in race and gender and other important aspects of identity that might be integral to the coachee's needs.

  • Our team combines experience at the leadership level inside companies with knowledge and expertise in an array of topics such as: DEI, Social Justice, Identity, Trauma, Parental/ Carer, Exec, and so on.

  • Our production and project management teams provide support throughout your partnership with Tosha and ensure your experience working with us is enjoyable and impactful.

  • Our Predictive Index Insights tool can offer participants the chance to build greater self awareness at the beginning of a Labs Program and better understand their strengths as a Leader.

  • We can provide qualitative 360 insights interviews with an individual report and 1:1 Coaching Session for your Executive Leadership Participants at the beginning or end of a Tosha Labs Program. Group insights can also be provided to understand group learning needs and outcomes.

  • Tosha’s Inclusive Culture Survey can be conducted at the beginning or end of an inclusive Culture Labs Program. We will provide a report of the insights gained from this data, along with recommendations to share with HR and Leadership.
